About

The Remade Agency is Eric Pace.

Senior attention, no junior layer. The person you meet on day one is the person doing the work, drawing on a network built over 25 years when a problem needs it.

The advisory market is full of people who have never operated. We are the inverse. The work comes from running AI programs inside large enterprises. Building governance frameworks that hold up under scrutiny. Productizing AI at scale. Standing up the infrastructure that fits the math. Scaling Responsible AI as a competitive advantage rather than a compliance tax.

01

Operator-class strategy

Authored from inside the building, never consultancy-flavored.

02

Access widened

Legible to a citizen developer and a board director in the same document.

03

Range, applied

One grid carries telecom, sports, the art world and automotive without reskinning.

Track record.

Eric was most recently Chief AI Officer at Cox Communications, where he wrote and drove the enterprise AI strategy and owned governance and scaled implementation, reporting directly to C-suite leadership. He built from disconnected pilots to 50+ productized AI solutions delivering 11x ROI in 18 months, deployed a proprietary AI-curated data architecture, stood up on-premises AI infrastructure, and built a citizen developer practice from nothing.

Before that, Eric was SVP of Digital and VP of Technology at Cox, leading cross-channel digital transformation across $500M+ unassisted-channel revenue and 250+ applications. Before Cox, he spent 16 years at Accenture, culminating as a Managing Director in the Communications & Media industry, leading global delivery teams of 600+ people and $75M+ annual budgets, with hands on the NFL.com rewrite, MLB’s World Baseball Classic portal and player valuation system, and large-scale enterprise transformations across Cox Enterprises subsidiaries.

What Google Analytics collects

Two cookies, _ga and _ga_C1QMVN71V1, which last up to two years and let us tell a returning visitor from a new one. It records which pages you looked at, roughly where in the world you are, and which site sent you here. Google Signals and ad personalisation are switched off, so this is a count of reading, not an advertising audience.

If you turn it off

Both cookies are deleted immediately and nothing further is sent to Google. No script from googletagmanager.com is requested on any page you load after that. The site works the same either way. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, analytics is already off and we never asked.

What runs either way

Cloudflare, which serves this site, runs its own analytics beacon. It sets no cookies and does not identify you. We also log requests for pages that do not exist, with the page that linked to them, so broken links get found and fixed.

The contact form is separate

What you type into the contact form is emailed to us and used to answer you. It does not go to Google, to analytics, or to a marketing list.
